I signed up for the vip bundle last week got told I was accepted and that an engineer would be out today and no one turned up when I phoned virgin they told me I had been declined and to get in touch with you

This is primarily a customer self help forum and It usually takes up to about a week for one of the Virgin forum team to respond and they do not usually deal with this type of problem.

If the problem was related to credit checks on you or the property, I would have thought this would have been dealt with by the billing team on the phone?

If there is insufficient capacity, or access is too difficult, the forum team may be able to find out more information for you?

Don't "bump" the post as it may put you back down the queue.
