Damaged remote, can’t sort online

Tried to replace a damaged remote. Keep getting an error message. Found it mangled in our reclining sofa. CPR was unsuccessful.

I'm sorry to hear about the passing of your remote. We can certainly check get a replacement sent out to you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.
