Constant Netflix errors

Everytime I try to watch Netflix via the TiVo app, after a about 15 minutes it cuts out and says there was an error playing the title. When I exit the app the internet connection connected to the box has cut out meaning nothing else is available unless I constantly have to reset the box every fifteens minutes when i’m trying to watch something. I’ve searched on many forums and this seems to be a known issue with not many plausible answers, what’s the best way to fix this? It is becoming extremely annoying and I’m close to getting rid of virgin media for this reason.

This happens often on samsung Tivos, if you have a samsung Tivo the only way to fix is to use another device like a firestick or get a v6
