Constant Multiple Updates

I keep receiving ongoing updates to my TiVo box.

At around 2 am for the past five nights I have received two sets of updates. Each set fully completes it's cycle successfully and the tv picture then resumes but this now seems to be on a continuous basis at around the same time every day.

Telephoned faults but the offshore centre don't have any clue why this is happening and don't know what the updates are related to.
