Our living room tv will not connect to internet. Was fine till we had a power cut earlier. Modem is in son’s bedroom on different floor. It is fine and modem is fine. It says network cable unplugged when we try to connect.
Are you trying to connect your TV or the Virgin Tv box to your network?
Please could you try to do a manual network connection if you are indeed trying to connect your Virgin box to the network? If you scroll down to network settings on the link here and you can check to see if you can connect to the network again.
