Tried to connect my New Tivo box to my virgin media internet wirelessly. The connection is close to the box but have to use this option as my satellite cable is occupied. I receive an error (C219) and is always stuck at the verifying. can I please receive help urgently or at least a call back from an engineer.
Hi it will take about a week for a virgin person to respond on here I would phone and go down the Tv faults route, 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, it sounds like you need an engineer to come and sort it out.Regards Micky
I am using my satellite for a sky box. so I need to use wifi in order for my Tivo box to work. Am I right in saying for wireless connection I just need to connect the power cable and HDMI cable to my box and nothing else?
I called previously and the virgin media employee stated for wireless connection it should start working.
