Hi, just installed a new replacement TiVo V6 box and am getting an error code 7400. Any ideas how to clear it?

The quickest way to get this resolved is to give us a call on 150 from any Virgin line or 0345 454 1111 from any other.
We can take a look at it from here for you but we would need to clear security before being able to take a look at this, so it can take a little longer.
