Clearing Data

We have a text on the screen that says Clearing Your Data...the guide and planned recordings are being reset. Sit tight this might take a few minutes.

it has been almost hours now and despite trying the 3 button reset it doesn’t resolve

Hi I would phone and go down the Tv faults route, 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, as will take about a week for a virgin person to respond on here.Regards Micky
