Channel not available

Hi 

Around 11pm tonight all channels were not available on my TiVo (could watch recorded shows) with message Channel not available contact Virgin Media. As the lines are not open now will check in morning but was wondering if anyone else had experienced this?

Could be a signal issue or a local fault. Check your service status and if nothing is showing then call in as soon as you can.

Hello misscustard

 

Thank you for raising this via the forums, how are the TV channel issues since your post? Is this something you still require assistance with?

If so, can you make sure all of the cables are securely fitted in the back of the set top box and then reboot the V6 please?
