Well Tuesday has come and is almost gone, and no contact made. I was told my problems would be over by Tuesday, I don’t believe any attempt was made to fix my catch up and on demand service, I might just as well give up. I don’t believe they know how to fix it, but I just wish there was a bit of honesty from them.
Hi Collette, I just wanted to tell you that I now have everything running ok on my service. I do hope it’s not a fluke and will vanish later on. I don’t know why it is now working, did someone do something? Was there a firmware update?, I would like to know. Anyway I’m not going on about it anymore, I am happy with everything, I hope all the other sufferers have the same outcome.
