Catch up

We watch catch up a lot, we have been trying ot watch Maigret, but when we click to watch it says to upgrade to watch, why is this? also it won't let us upgrade

Thanks for posting.

 

This could be because the channel that's broadcasting that show isn't part of your package.

 

Are you able to see what channel this program is from?

Thanks for getting back to me, it is on ITV , it lets me watch other stuff but not this 

this thing  is that it won't let me upgrade even if I wanted to

Hi,

We also having trouble watching Maigret.

We've watched S02E02 but we're having trouble watching either of the available episodes from Season 1.

Some things in ITV collections we can watch, others ask for an upgrade, Maigret seems to be both.

Can you help?
