Catch up tv not working

Hi 

I'm having trouble with catch up tv on both my boxes. The picture is just all fuzzy when trying to watch anything on catch up. Iv rang up to complain about it twice and they told me to hold the standby button for 10 seconds. It was fine the first few times but now that's not helping either. Wondering if there was any other solution as my husbands all for cancelling or subscription.
