We continually get catch-up programmes freezing part way through due to Error 106. Re-booting TiVo box doesn't help. How can we sort this?

I have checked your V6 and I can see there are some signal issues which I'd like an engineer to take a look at so I'm just going to send you a private message with appointment times.

This improved after the engineer visit last year but is now regularly happening again.
Thanks for posting. I am sorry to hear of the TV issue. I've checked this for you and can confirm there is an SNR (signal to noise ratio) fault in your area. The fix date is later today. The fault number is F007417195.
