I signed up for Broadband and TV and was given an installation date. I have now been told there is a problem and the installation may not occur on that date. Therefore, I wish to cancel my contract. Despite telephoning the number given and being passed to 5 different people I can't get through to anyone who will actually cancel my contract. Any advice?
Hi call first thing in the morning 8am you should get through quicker and go down the thinking of leaving us route you will get through to a person in the UK who are always efficient and helpful.Regards Micky
