Can anybody help please. Cancelled my subscription on 12th November got bill on 14th December for £196 phoned to ask why. Told that I had not cancelled when I pointed out that I had the exact times that i phoned. They tried to tell me I reinstated it on 14th November. Asked for proof as no contract signed. They then changed there mind and said they would cancel it immediately 13th December. Now received a bill for £455 stating cancellation fees? Phoned again told because I cancelled my contract that's why I had fees to pay but my 12 month contract ran out in July 2018. Do I have to pay these fees.
Anybody had the same problem really not happy thinking of taking legal action
