Cancel subscription

I am abroad my virgin media contract runs out in the middle of August, and I need to stop the subscription. I don’t have tons of money to phone your call center to try and persuade me to stay, there is no point. Please cancel my services from aug.

Unfortunately you will have to.phone in to cancel your services.

If you have a Virgin phone line and ring 150 the csll is completely free.

If you phone the 034 number the call is charged at local rates and in a lot of cases the number is included in your phone package so again it may be free or cist you very little.

You can also write them a letter

by writing to this address:

As I said I am abroad, i called a call centre and it cost me £40 for 10 mins, I am not in Europe

I would like to get confirmation of this from somebody from Virgin, but thanks for the info. I have submitted a complaint and if it isn’t resolved I will take it further with the ombudsman
