For reasons unknown to me, hayu on the move does not work anymore! I got a replacement phone, after downloading the app and went to the virgin app on the box to retrieve the code, instead of the code I get this: "error : - (" ... Called 150 and was told that hayu on the move does not work any longer on phones and tablets...What a schok! I was using the app on my previous phone just couple of weeks ago...Is that an April fool?
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to see that you're having issues with HayU on the move. I apologise for the experience on the phone call. Definitely not the kind of service we would like to give. I appreciate that you're unable to generate a code as there was an error.

I’ve got the same issue and tried to sort this on the web chat service. They were not able to help at all and basically said the same about it being a one time use code etc...I did point out that I don’t have a code and this is what I get when I go to the app on the tv. This is the first time I’ve tried to access Heyu and obtain a code. Someone must have an answer!
