I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble with Netflix.
I've run diagnostics on your equipment and the box doesn't appear to be connecting to the network properly at the moment. How has you box been since posting? Are you still unable to access Netflix?

Does the app load if you leave it for a while? Do you ever see any error messages or codes on screen?
Netflix not working on TiVo box, error say unable to connect to Netflix.
Network working Ok connection speed 2.59Mbps
Works Ok on V6 Box, Smart Tv, Apple TV
