I'm a new customer and I have already completed the set up for my tv box and hub. Everything is up and running, however I'm not able to register on My Virgin Media. By seeing previous comments on this forum, it seems that this is a very common problem that is been happening for a long time and to a lot of customers. It's been more than 24h since I have completed the set up but no success yet. I have filled up the correct details and pressed register but it keeps coming back to the same page.
