C130 error

C130 error message displayed for 2 days, no WiFi on demand services, TV channels, called virgin media it says intermittent troubles in area, neighbors broadband is fine.

Have the same issues with my Tivo box. Green flashing light, C130 error message, no on demand or access to apps. All programme listings say To Be Announced. Clearly an issue with the box as no difference after re-booting etc. After being on live chat for over 1.5 hours to there was no issue.
