C130 error

Hi I had a new WiFi box put in the other day by a engineer from virgin and now I have on my tv c130 error. I have tried to connect and checked all wires , I can not get demard or you tube or catch up , I have also tried restarting my box . Please can you help

I assume you have a Tivo box as this is in the Tivo section of the forum? If so then this is unlikely to be connected as the TiVo has its own internet connection. Call 150 and report a fault.

If it's a V6, how is it connected to the hub. Are there any lights on the box. If it was by WiFi then you'll need to reconnect it to the new hub.
