C130 error on TiVo box

We’ve had this error message for several days. We’ve rebooted the router & Tivo box to no avail. When I test the connection it says Network cable unplugged but they are connected via Powerline plugs as can’t be in the same room. Any suggestions to resolve this gratefully received.

Hi

It’s a V6 I believe (the smaller, deeper sized box).

There are 2 flashing arrow lights on the front of it & now we have no programme info (it just says ‘to be announced’ everywhere).

Thanks for confirming this for us.

Are the 2 flashing lights you are referring to on the hub?

Do the powerline adaptors work with other devices?

Does the V6 box work if you go through the settings and try to connect via wireless?

Thanks. I re-paired the powerline plugs & now everything is working again 🙂
