Only had virgin installed Monday and now the box in 1 room is showing C130 Error.It is saying Ethernet cable not connected.
I have checked and ensured it’s pushed in fully and still getting the same error.I have rebooted the box several times but nothing has helped.
Im not impressed in the slightest and am considering returning back to sky immediately
The box in the other room was working perfectly.I ended up completely resetting the box and it’s working fine again now.
If I have to do that again I will be very unhappy
