C103 issue for the 2nd week in a row

For the second week in a row I have been without my on demand service, and no WIFI to my mobile devices

Hi Pete18,

 

We are sorry to hear this. There are a few potential factors that can be causing this error message and the restriction of using catch up and on demand features. Can you confirm a few things for me?

  • Which STB (set top box) do you currently have?
  • How is it connected? (Via WiFi or cable connection?)
  • What is the current connection status? (This can be hound on Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> View Network Status)
