What light are on the router and the v6?

I have just rebooted the router. It has just restarted as I read your reply. 

There is only a white power on light on the router. It doesn’t have any other lights during normal function. While it boots up there are green WiFi and traffic lights but after booting they disappear.

Sorry, forgot to add:

its not a v6 it’s just the TiVo box. 

Two green lights on the left hand side. One for power and one next to it has a heart above it.
