Was watching tv and all channels disappeared.
rebooted box but now only blue light on box and screen saying starting up
have switched box on and off no success
been trying for over an hour

Any VM box that won't start-up, has a fault.
You can either call 150 (From a VM phone), 0345 4541111 (from any other phone) or wait on here (might be a couple of days) for staff to pick up.

Sorry to hear your TV box is having issues with channels as well as starting up. We can understand this is not ideal and we want to do our best to help. I have been unable to access your account using forum details. Have you been able to reach our phone team regarding this? If so is the issue resolved?
