Yes this happens on all the above it's been going on for a few weeks have checked virgin app and over couple of weeks there have been issues but checked last night and status is saying all good have tried to testing many times but does not do anything

I'm sorry to hear you've been having an issue with your TiVo box.
Checking your account, I can only see a V6 box on there. I can also see that you have since spoken to the team and they have arranged for an engineer to come out to take a look at things.
