Being overcharged then the Monthly contract amount

Its been terrible that I am been overcharged £37.49 compare to the contracted amount £34.49 for the plan VIVID 100 Optical Fibre for which the contract is valid till Oct,2019. Its so hard to get hold of your customer care executive and after spending/explaining the issue i was promised that the matter will be looked in and someone will call to resolve. Alas...i am still waiting. Highly disappointed with the service. Let me know if you can help or i shall start planning for my switch.
