Have a new TiVo box, old one no problems with iplayer this one get sound but no picture ... I did see a thread but no resolve

Could you confirm whether any other aspects of your TV service are affected?
Have you tried manually reconnecting to the network via the following steps:
press Home on your remote > select Help & Settings > select Settings > select Network > select Connect to the Virgin Media Service now.
