BBC3 and 4

I have had BBC3 and 4 going on and off in the last few days. I’ve done a reboot of the tivo twice. There’s no help on chat and can’t see any others having the same issue. Must I report a fault do you think? I find it amazing we’ve had the same tivo box since we installed years ago

I have a V6 Box and I have no BBC3 or 4 tonight.

Also tried rebooting

Update. 19:50 both channels have just come on.

Yes my TiVo is missing both channels too. As per usual there is no helpful info available from Virgin Media ☹️

I'm very sorry about the issue you had with the missing channels. 

Can you confirm if they have returned?
