Wow. I'm honestly lost for words here. All I can try and do is help others, so here goes.
If you're thinking of joining virgin, I beg you, for your own sake, don't!!!!!
If you're already with them you have my sympathies.
Undeniably the worst customer service going, with multiple mistruths, incompetence, misspelling and to put it bluntly.... Flat out lying.
Cisas is the only way forward, don't bother wasting your time trying to complain to virgin, you just get passed from pillar to post, and end up with nobody who can do anything anyway.
