My son has had virgin installed in his Street. Was visited by a rep from Virgin who signed them up on a contract with an installation date tomorrow. When he called just to confirm the installation he was told Virgin Media is not available at his address but at house next door! He has a signed contract and a direct debit signed up. Has anyone experienced this?
Called several times to Virgin and getting passed from one department to another with no answers.
Hi try going down the thinking of leaving us route you will get through to a person in the UK who know what they are taking about and hopefully will solve the issue, it maybe your son needs to phone as hopefully he has some from of paperwork relating to what he has signed up to with a ref number.Regards Micky
