Audio description has just come on and wont turn off

Hi, on ITV the last 2 nights audio description has come on and wont turn off with the info button. I have also changed the language to english.

This only seems to be on coronation street and emmerdale??

When it happened on another program I was able to turn off!

Very frustrating, I have subtitles due to family member being deaf so this is more distracting.

Any suggestions please???

I am sorry to hear you're having some issues with the audio description not turning off.

 

Is it just ITV that is affected? What about recorded shows and on demand?

 

Can you try turning off Dolby Audio?
