Since the recent TV outage nationwide our 3 V6 boxes always have audio description turned on for itv1 and itv1HD. We have to keep turning it off every time we watch something on the channel, but once we change channel and come back it's back on again. We have rebooted all the boxes and no change. This happened before and virgin had to do something their end to fix it because it was due to some software update. Can anybody suggest a permanent fix to disable this annoying feature?
