Hi, was watching television and the box suddenly went off and is showing AP53 whenever we try to reboot it or goes to channel 113 which is what I was watching but shows a message saying there is a signal problem.
Most likely an area issue if it went off suddenly. Have you checked the service status to see if there's any issues listed for your area. If not you need to ring 150 to see what's going on.
