An update on my voucher from Virgin Media (KMM49404688V64304L0KM)

To Whom it May Concern:

Account Number *********Area 1

I still haven’t received the voucher codes at Eden Red for the Virgin Media package I took out with you at the beginning of December as per the email as stated below..

I would appreciate if you can look into it. I didn’t cancel the package and I have checked my spam to ensure it hadn’t been sent there.

Still Haven’t received voucher code from joining December. Didn’t cancel, and yes first Direct debit has gone through

your security is immediately more important than answering your question. giving your account number in a public forum is a bad idea as scammers love that kind of information.

wait for a few days and someone from virgin should be along to answer your query.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.

 

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received the voucher codes to your email address, and I can appreciate you're keen to get this resolved.

 

What date was the install completed? Have you received any other emails from us? (this is to confirm we have the correct email on the system)

 

After completing the 28-day cooling off period, you should receive a PIN activation code from EdenRed via email with instructions on how to activate their card.

The multi-store gift card is prepared and dispatched via post within 10 days of completing the 28-day cooling off period via EdenRed. You should allow a further 3 - 5 working days for delivery.

To Whom it May Concern:

the installation was Saturday 15th December the first payment went out on 20th January.

I have had several emails from Virgin including Virgin Media Awards which is why I Knew I needed a code from Eden red., I hadn’t picked who I wanted the vouchers from. I also on a weekly basis get Virgin TV Edit so you have definitely got my email address correct.

i have checked my Spam and definitely haven’t received it yet.

Checking the account I can see you have since spoken to someone about this via the phone. They have sent off the relevant form to the Rewards Team and they have come back to advise the vouchers should be received within 5 days Smiley Happy

That’s because it takes so long for someone to answer a question at Virgin. It’s ridiculous your customer services is appalling
