Amazon Prime App

One of the reasons for having our new TiVo T6 box was to use my Amazon Prime app. 

So, I clicked on the Amazon Prime channel, pressing the red button, but it just took me back to the main Home Screen. Since then, I have been scouring  on the TiVo box, the web, etc to see how this actually works, but am completely lost!

How can I get this to work, please!!

Hi why are you pressing the red button, just go to the apps and click Prime Video. Regards Micky

Yep, did press the app button. It started to do something, then it took me back to the Home Screen again…
