We’re new customers (Dublin) and apart from the service being shockingly bad so far, our channels (all but HD) are pixelated to the point you can’t make out some of the writing on sky sports. Had a Half helpful half flippant engineer out who said “youz want cinema quality tv”’...no I just want what I’m paying for. New splitters with hi spec tv.
Anyone experienced just not getting a solution from Virgin/changed providers/ figured it out themselves!?
