all of our channels are suddenly showing the error message ‘channel currently unavailable’. Power is on, all cables in place & we’ve turned it off & on but no change. Tried calling virgin & doing the online service test but can’t get any help at all. Anyone have any ideas?
They said they were closed so couldn’t help. Luckily the channels have returned just as mysteriously this morning & with no explanation as to why they all disappeared in the first place. Not sure what to do if they suddenly disappear again in the future.
