Where can I find my TiVo activation code?

Hi Many thanks for your response.

I know my system is OK I never said it wasn't.

I wanted to know my activation code. I expected there to be a table of them somewhere so I could just lookup.

According to the 'Digital Television-FAQs' there is a procedure to find it but it seems to be out of date.

Seems to be a simple enough question.

If your service is up and running then you won't need an activation code for your TiVo®. Is there something in particular you're experiencing trouble with?

However, from your replies, you seem reluctant to provide this information.

I can confirm, again, that I have no problems with my service.

I am surprised that such information appears to be secret.

Anyway, can either point me to a website where I can find the information just or just provide the code I requested.

Hi griffik,

 

We don't use activation codes for our boxes. On install we send a signal hit from our end to activate the box.

 

If the box is working then why do you need an activation code?
