Made complaint week last Friday again by the app heard nothing with regards to the matter I’m sick of continually phoning to get told someone will ring me back regarding the issue someone never does. U only have to look on the notes of the account since October iv been totally disconnected as someone signed up to virgin in different name but same address took money from my bank £102 for a bill I didn’t owe now iv £220 bill for contract of £74 month and since Xmas it’s still not been sorted now my account is suspended. I requested transcript of all communications since November and still yet to receive it. Customer service told me there was a outstanding bill last time which I paid only to find out my hadn’t been produced so hope u can see y I’m not paying it as on my account it’s not even showing that money was paid
