7400 error

Moved our TiVo box to bedroom to replace V+ box after we got V6 for living room. Getting 7440 error.  Can see others have had same problem as wrong box deactivated. Call handler I spoke to specifically said we could get rid of V+ box and move TiVo to different room so why on earth deactiviate the box you advise us to keep using!!!

Can someone sort this please.

You'll need to follow the advice on the message and call in to get it reactivated.

Not very helpful when other handlers have managed to send signals to the box to reactivate.

What's not helpful? I have told you what you need to do to get it working. If you are not prepared to call then you'll have to wait for a member of the VM support team to get to your post in about a week or so.

I don't work for VM, I am a customer like you replying to a post on a customer forum. This is not a primary support service.
