Moved our TiVo box to bedroom to replace V+ box after we got V6 for living room. Getting 7440 error. Can see others have had same problem as wrong box deactivated. Call handler I spoke to specifically said we could get rid of V+ box and move TiVo to different room so why on earth deactiviate the box you advise us to keep using!!!
What's not helpful? I have told you what you need to do to get it working. If you are not prepared to call then you'll have to wait for a member of the VM support team to get to your post in about a week or so.
