2nd room V6 box 'there is a problem with the signal on this channel'
I have a V6 box in the living room and bedroom. The one in the living room works find but the on the bedroom V6 box I am only getting half of the channels. For example most of the Freeview channels and some of the subscription channels are not available. They are showing on the guide but I am getting the following message:
'There is a problem with the signal on this channel. If this keeps happening call us on 150 from your Virgin Media home phone or mobile, or on 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (W02)'
I have tried to call 150 a number of times but I am not getting through. Have tried resetting the V6 box by switching on and off and by resetting via the settings menu but no access. How can I fix this?
