moving internal white box

Hi,

I have a white wall box internally, which has one cable going outside to the box out there, it also has two inside, one is to feed it power (I believe there was a splitter inside the box when I looked) and the other goes to another splitter and then to my router/TiVo box.

My question is, can I have have this white internal box moved to a media cupboard upstairs and have the one cable going to the outside box from there.

If this isn't clear enough, please let me know.

Yes, that can all be done through a £25 "non-fault call out".  You can in theory order by phone, so maybe try that.  An often more civilised alternative is to wait a day or two for the helpful forum staff to pick this up and book you a visit.
