I have been on the boards reporting poor BB speed, a moderator has asked me to supply the banking details which I use to pay my VM bill. I refused to supply this, it just doesn't seem an appropriate question related to my initial complaint. Looks like I'll have to put up with poor DL speeds for a while yet and try to contact VM another way

In my recent fault reporting post in the other forum I was asked for the sort code but not account number, I refused at first but was compelled to give it or VM were not going to help me.

I'm not happy that they ask so many security questions in order to help.
