Can anyone tell me if the Virgin sim (advertised for £5 a month for 2gb data and 2500 minutes) will be compatable with a Huawei Unlocked E3372 LTE/4G usb dongle?
In theory it should be, but I'm concerned because someone on an amazon Q&A suggested that a "data only" sim was necessary for a Huawei usb dongle. Perhaps they meant to say "data compatible" sim?
Hope you can help. Thanks

Virgin have actually stopped selling data-only SIM's and are now supplying the normal phone SIM's instead, as long as you can enter the Virgin APN settings on the dongle - it should work fine.

Some network providers provision SIM cards differently for various devices, so you may find that although a card taken from a mobile phone can fit into a device meant for a data-only SIM, it may not work.
