cant access plesk site or my own web site sparksltd.co.uk.

if I use sky or my phone no issues but anything through virgin fibre cant access sites and I have turned of settings on virgin security etc  anyone help me as it driving me crazy  also unpliged everything just laptop in router hard wired still cant access  re set router

what error do you get when trying to view them

check your IP ban on plesk. its most likely banned your IP address. whitelist your IP in plesk

Hi its not just plesk can't access cant access web web sites like sparkselectricalgroup.co.uk and others

and again, what error do you get when trying to access them?
if you can't supply even the basic information then no-one can help you.

had issues for more than a year cant access web sites plesk and sussexsecuritysystems.co.uk

works fora day then cant access sites again long ongoing issue  virgin dont even bother coming round as last engineer baffled and had been round 11 times

Sounds very strange, so let back to basic

When you try and access the site what happens ?

What happens when you cannot access the site and you ping the site, type ping sussexsecuritysystems.co.uk in command prompt ?

Have  you looked at the firewall logs on the server to check if your external IP address is being blacklisted ? You can find your external IPaddress by typing "WhatsMyIP" into google.

if i connect up sky router all sites are fine but when on virhin it hunts for site and give the error message this page cant be displayed. i have had so so many issues wuth virgin and even there test equipoment wont seem to acces the sites our web sites plesk e mail site. and i cant see why it blocs them

hi thanks for heads up about plesk i can see from sky login ok obviously different IP but i cant see whitpaperlist on plesk site when i have logged in.

also why does it not allow me to visit www.sparkselectricalgroup.co.uk   and www.sussexsecuritysystems.co.uk  as well  and it does not seem to matter weather we are on a pc or laptop or any device.  as i said swap over to dky router on differnt service and all ok.  also if this helps some times when you leave Virgin fibre off for a few days and re connect it work fine then bang stops..
