I have been waiting on live chat for 6 hours now and only get a message every hour to ask if I'm still okay to wait? I can only sort my broadband deal out via live chat but I'm just waiting.

Apple iPhones connect to WiFi but frequently don’t load on safari or apps. Constantly defaults to 4g using data while in the house. Tried to get into hub3 settings keeps saying someone logged in. I believe this is to do with WPA address on hun settin...
When trying to add another laptop on to Hub5 cannot see the hub when I search on wifi. All other devices in the house, i.e. phones, laptops, speakers etc can see the network, 20 devices in total .What am i missing?
How does one get to talk to someone about this problem. I've spent up to 3 hours going round and round in circles on web site - no joy!
