Website not accessible on Virgin Media (or BT)

Hi all

I have an issue with the website https://theriac-therapies.co.uk not being accessible on Virgin Media (or BT). It's fine for everyone else - Sky, Talk Talk etc.

Some people see the message: 'Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found'

Others get 'This connection is not private. This website may be impersonating  "theriac-therapies.co.uk" to steal your personal and financial information. You should go back,"

I've checked the SSL cert and the DNS records seem to be in order.

Has anyone got any advice?

Thank you

It works perfectly i.e. the VM DNS resolves the name to an IP and I can see the website.

However there is a problem, the DNS Propagation is not working for : theriac-therapies.co.uk

Use this link https://www.nslookup.io/   and enter : theriac-therapies.co.uk    to see the name is not listed on the major Public DNS.

Just looked at the nslookup of the theriac-therapies.co.uk  with the VM DNS it returned one Class C LAN IP and one Public IP - that needs to be fixed.

As an update...

Now we see the DNS Propagation is working.

Public DNS have an name entry and are also returning one Class C LAN IP and one Public IP

Using Safari on my iPad Pro website shows as having an invalid certificate. Also Edge show a bad certificate with "NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID".

I can see the web page on my desktop 64-bit Firefox and Edge without errors.

I could see the web site the first time I tried, but later the 192.168.xx.xx address was returned and DNS REBIND ERROR was all that came on the screen.

I was interested that https://www.nslookup.io/ continues to show no resolution of the name.

But an nslookup command line does with VM DNS and the various public DNS too

Hi

Thank you for your response. How do I go about resolving a DNS rebind issue?

Do you have any idea how and why all this might have happened?

Many thanks in advance
Kate

The DNS Rebind error has been fixed.

Name servers now return just the public IP of the website which is correct.
